The Touchtable Project was one undertaken as a part of my first internship at the Lakeshore Museum Center in Muskegon. This particular project was a part of the larger goals of the internship’s focuses being to develop and present an in-person interpretive vignette on industrial history, science, or technology for a general audience. This project focused on the industrial history of Muskegon with it being a touchtable with a compilation of 100 businesses throughout the history of Muskegon. My particular role was the researching of businesses to use and the allocation of images of the businesses from within the museum’s database.
